In their limited time, they have crafted a diverse range of beers, incorporating traditional and innovative styles and constantly refining their brewing techniques, sensory evaluations, and fermentation methods to produce exceptional quality brews.     Cloudwater Helles is a Mancunian take on a classic German Helles. With pilsner malt, classic German hops, and Bavarian lager yeast, this beer undergoes decoction mashing to enhance its flavour, intensity and clarity. A strong, malty backbone is complimented by delicate floral hop notes, resulting in an extremely quaffable and refreshing Helles.
